short description:

SWD860 solvent free heavy duty ceramic organic coating combines inorganic SiO2 that has high anticorrosion and temperature resistance with organic substrates. It is a two component, polyfunctionality solvent free coating membrane integrated inorganic and organic compounds. The cured film has high cross linking density, the molecular chain structure has no hydroxyl and ester group but replaced with strong chemical ether bond (-C-O-C), so it has excellent corrosion prevention performance.

Application parameters

Hand scraping with squeeze

Special double-hose heated high pressure airless spray, spray pressure 20-30Mpa

Recommend dft: 250-500μm

Re-coating interval: ≥2h

Application process

Mix the materials with right ratio prior to application, use it up within 1 hour.

The surface must be clean and dry, make sand-blasting treatment when apply in high temperature environment. Heat the temperature of liquid coating and substrate surface to over 20℃ when apply in winter season.

Ventilation must be carried out in application site, the applicators shall make security protection.

Shelf life

Storage temperature of environment: 5-35℃

* shelf life: part A: 10 months, part B: 10 months

* keep the package drum sealed well.

* store in cool and ventilated place, avoid direct sunshine exposure.

Package: part A, 4kg/barrel, part B: 20kg/barrel.
