SWD9522 is a single component aromatic polyurea anticorrosion wearable coating, it is compatible with concrete substrate and epoxy, polyurethane coating film. With its unique chemical structure, it has excellent chemical resistance and anticorrosion property, high strength, high elasticity which makes the coating film be abrasion resistance, impact resistance and scratch resistance, to avoid concrete broken from impact and crack power, it is especially suitable for the application of chemical industry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical industry. It passed the food class test that is safe for the food processing enterprises application field. It has various color based on the customers’ requirements to decorate the application projects.

Application tips

Recommended dft: 100-200 (as design requirement)

Re-coating interval: 4-24h, if the interval time exceed 24h or has dust deposited, sand-blasting first and clean well prior to application.
