- Standardized Construction ProceduresSpecial high-pressure spraying equipment is adopted with a pressure of 2,300–2,500 psi and raw material heating to 60–70℃. Cross spraying is applied, with the spray gun moving uniformly 30–60 cm from the base surface. The thickness of a single pass is 0.3–0.5 mm, and the total dry film meets the design requirements for waterproofing and anti-corrosion.
3. Full-Process Acceptance Control1–3 thickness points are randomly inspected per 100 ㎡ of spraying, with a dry film pass rate of ≥99%. Leaks are detected via spark testing (voltage ≥5,000V), and bonding strength is verified through adhesion testing (≥3MPa for concrete, ≥10MPa for metal). Water immersion / sealing tests are completed before delivery.
